Booking & Appointment Policies
To ensure the best experience for all clients and to respect the time of both my clients and I, I kindly ask that you review and agree to the following policies before booking:
Non-Refundable Deposit:
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
The deposit goes toward your service total and secures your appointment time.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
However, deposits may be transferred to a future appointment if notice is given (see cancellation policy below)
Late Cancellations:
I require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the appointment fee or the forfeiture of your deposit and the inability to book again in the future.
This policy helps protect my business from last-minute gaps that cannot be filled.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to show up to your appointment without any notice will be considered a no-show.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee or the forfeiture of your deposit and the inability to book again in the future.
Clients with repeated no-shows may be required to pay 100% of the service upfront for future bookings or may be declined future appointments.
Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time to receive your full service.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may:
• Have their appointment shortened to fit the remaining time, while still being charged the full service price, or
• Be required to reschedule and treated as a late cancellation, resulting in loss of deposit and/or a late cancellation fee.
I cannot guarantee service for arrivals later than 15 minutes - however I will always do my best to!
